Do you honor competitor’s coupons?

Unfortunately we do not accept competitor’s coupons.  Because our markup is much lower than big box stores, our prices are already extremely competitive, even when comparing with competitor’s prices after their discounts.  Additionally, stores that advertise discounts upwards of 50-60% are often increasing their own prices before applying said discounts, while we offer honest pricing without any tricks or dishonest luring techniques.

Do you have any restrictions on sizes of frames I can purchase?

No, we are able to build any size frame you may need, no matter how big or small!

I have a very unique item that I would like framed, but have never seen anything similar before.  Can you help me?

Absolutely!  We pride ourselves on our ability to find framing solutions for any item you may want to preserve, and we mean ANY!  In the past, we have framed items like scorpions, spiders, and even aliens!  No matter how unique your item may be, we will find a way to frame it in a secure fashion, while showing off how special it is.

I’m worried about anything happening to my piece when I leave it to be framed. Do you send your items out?

At My Framing Store, Inc. everything is done on the premises, from cutting and joining the frames, to cutting the mats, to the fitting of everything. When you leave your piece with us, you can be at ease knowing it will not be shipped anywhere and that it will be handled with the utmost care by our in-house framing experts.

Can I purchase a frame for a mirror I already have?

Yes!  We recommend that you bring in the mirror to be measured and fitted. We even allow you to borrow the frames to take home with you.

What is the usual turnaround time for a custom frame?

Usually we ask for about a week and a half to two weeks to complete custom framing orders, which allows us time to order materials, build your frame, and assemble everything.  However, we are also able to accommodate rush orders.

Can I get a price for a custom frame over the phone or via e-mail?

Because there are so many variations for framing something (mat combinations, sizes, etc) and every frame is a different price, we recommend you bring your piece in so that we can help you select the best combination and give you exact prices.  It is also much easier to work with any budget you may have in person.

Am I able to purchase replacement glass and/or mats without a frame?

Of course!  If you’ve had the unfortunate experience of something falling off the wall and everything remained in tact except for the glass, we will be more than happy to replace the glass and fit everything back together for you.  We also cut all of our mats custom, so you can purchase any color in any size, with any opening size/design you need.
